These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the website funkypies.com.au (“website”), owned and operated by Funky Pies, ABN: 48 125 892 622 (“we”, “us”) . We abide by Australian Consumer Law, Fair Trading Act, Privacy Act, Competition and Consumer Act.
These conditions apply to all transactions between you and us.
By proceeding to use this website you’re indicating to us that you agree to these terms.
Ordering: When you submit an order through our website we are not obligated to process your order until we have confirmed your payment; with the exception of payment on Pickup, where we will process your order and require payment at time of Pickup.
Payment Options: We currently accept payment by credit card/debit card (and cash for Pickup orders).
Where we deliver: NSW, ACT, VIC & QLD.
Timeframes: We do our best to process all orders within 3 business days of receipt of payment, larger orders or orders during busy periods may take longer. Once the order is with one of our delivery partners we cannot be held responsible for the delivery timeframe.
Local Pickup: If you select Local Pickup at checkout you agree to collect your order in store at 2/144-148 Glenayr Av. Bondi NSW within a reasonable timeframe. If you do not collect your order, or make other arrangements with us, we reserve the right to cancel your order, and if necessary refund your payment.
You have a right to a refund under Australian law if an item is faulty or doesn’t match the description.
We are not obligated to provide a refund if: no proof of purchase is offered, you simply changed your mind, you found it cheaper elsewhere, you knew about the particular fault before purchase or it’s beyond a reasonable time since purchase.

We do our best to keep this information up to date but please do double check your item before using in case of any changes – particularly to allergens present.
